Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that using gym equipment, participating in fitness activities, and entering the Playhouse Gym carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
Medical Responsibility I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical or health condition that would prevent me from safely using the Gym facilities. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
Use at Own Risk I understand that my use of the Gym is entirely at my own risk. Treehouse Hotel Manchester, its employees, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using the Gym.
Supervision and Conduct I agree to follow all posted rules and instructions from Gym staff. I will use equipment responsibly and behave in a safe and respectful manner.
Personal Belongings I understand that the Hotel does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property in the Gym.
Children & Guests I acknowledge that the Gym is for adults only. Children under 16 are not permitted, and I will not allow unauthorized persons to enter.
Photo/Video Disclaimer(Optional) I consent to the use of any photographs or video taken within the Gym for marketing or promotional purposes, unless I explicitly opt out.
